Anyway, since this post I’ve become a little enthusiastic about wearing socks with my heels which, happily has brought a new dimension to my relationship with these Jeffrey Campbell’s (I haven’t worn them in a while) but why, I ask you, have I decided that the middle of winter is the perfect time to start rolling my jeans up for a bit of ankle teasing?!
At least I can still get away with wearing two pairs of socks without sacrificing height!

Jeans – thrifted * Shirt – Witchery * Bodychain – CBdesignsNYC * Belt – vintage
haha i must admit i dont think i could roll the ankles up once im dedicated to winter clothing as i would get so freaking cold from every little gust of wind that would float by them! but it definitely looks good on you, love the colour palette of the rich red to the chambray(?) shirt. also love the semi tucked in look. & woo for making j.campbells so versatile.x

I have those wedges too, I get more wear out of them in winter with socks than in summer... It just works.

Go double denim! hehe
ReplyDeleteSocks with open heels and double denim are not matches I ever thought I would be making!!!
love the colour of those jeans! Hey they still look great even if they're a little stretch, especially when you cuff the bottoms :)

ReplyDeletecool outfit, really love those red pants!
ReplyDeleteawesome! the red jeans really suit you - and even though they may be a tad stretched, I think you can pass them off for really cool pair of chino type pants! Either way, a great statement piece of clothing! Loving your chambray :)

I probably should have explained, they're not stretched in the pics. I took these first, then washed, then realised our relationship is over. :)

Hmmm...clothes stretching in the wash has never happened to me either. That's unusual. I do love what you have on though. Exactly the clothes I love to wear and the socks add a nice touch. Have a good one!
ReplyDeleteha Yeah bloomingvogue, but I am in QLD which is Aussie tropics. It's definitely not suitable attire for Sydney!!!
